01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms and Conditions form legally binding agreement between you and Max Jili. They apply to every service we offer: casino games, sports betting, Tongits, virtual sports, promotions, VIP programmes, and any other features accessible through the platform. Your continued use of Max Jili constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any updates made after your initial registration.

02 Eligibility
To create and maintain an account withMax Jili, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

- You must be a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
- You must not be excluded from gaming activities by any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion request previously submitted to Max Jili.

- You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of a Max Jili employee or of any of our partner companies.
Max Jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If eligibility cannot be verified, we may suspend or close the account and withold any funds pending investigation. We take these checks seriously — not to inconvenience players, but to ensure a safe environment for everyone on the platform.
03 Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to holdone active account on Max Jili. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
Registration Requirements
When registering with Max Jili, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your Max Jili login credentials — your username and password — secure. Do not share your account access with anyone, including family members or friends. Max Jili will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Max Jili cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access that occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security over your own credentials.
Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our compliance obligations, Max Jili may request identity verification documents at any stage. This typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts undergoing verification may have deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functions temporarily restricted until the process is complete.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on Max Jili are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for most payment methods.
- Max Jili does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.
- Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
- Max Jili reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or flaged accounts.
- Funds deposited through bonuses must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
Note: Max Jili does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit from a payment account not matching your registered name may be reversed and the funds returned to the source.

05 Bonuses and Promotions
Max Jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, and per device.
- All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any associated winings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winings generated from bonus wagering may be converted to withdrawable balance once requirements are met.
- Max Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using betting patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without recourse.

06 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on theMax Jili platform — including Tongits, slots, sports betting, virtual sports, and any other game formats — operate under specific game rules that are displayed within each game or section. It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
Max Jili uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all applicable games, ensuring that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by prior results, the size of a player's bet, or any other factor outside of the game's inherent probability. Sports betting odds are calculated using real-time market data.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, Max Jili reserves the right to void any affected round or wager and refund the staked amount to the player's account. Winings generated during a confirmed technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
Reminder: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Max Jili system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Max Jili platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:
- Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with Max Jili's systems or games.
- Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting in relation to sports markets.
- Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt Max Jili's platform, servers, or security systems.
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.
- Using Max Jili accounts for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
Max Jili monitors account activity and betting patterns continuously. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to freeze an account and request additional documentation immediately.

08 Responsible Gaming
